Close To Me (Muori di lei) Is A GreenFilm!

The second feature film by Stefano Sardo has obtained the Green Certification from the Trentino Film Commission for successfully applying sustainability standards on the film set

GreenFilm is a tool developed to promote sustainability in audiovisual productions and to guide and raise awareness among producers to work in a more sustainable way. By applying this protocol, Nightswim expands and strengthens its commitment to a more sustainable audiovisual industry, raising awareness among film workers about environmental protection and mitigating the effects of climate change.

Before filming for Close To Me started, a detailed sustainability plan was developed, covering transport, energy savings and the use of renewable energy sources, accommodation, food, waste management, material usage, and communication. Before filming began, all department heads were thoroughly informed about the content and implementation of the sustainability plan, and during filming, a short promotional video was created to showcase the good practices adopted on this film set.

Close To Me has been certified by the certification body Bureau Veritas.
